WARRANTY PERIODS
The warranty periods for QUATOGRAPHIC products are stated as follows
(in accordance with European laws):
monitors: 36-month warranty (from the date of purchase)
scanners: 24-month warranty (from the date of purchase)
color measurement devices: 24-month warranty (from the date of purchase)

SERVICE IN CASE OF DEFECTS:
Our service varies, depending on the product (see above: warranty periods)
and the country you are from. More Info can be found in the service form.

For customers from countries without a Quato representative: Within the warranty period (see above), we offer you our Bring-in Service. In the event of component failure or any other defect with your QUATOGRAPHIC product, you send the faulty device to our German QUATOGRAPHIC headquarter. Shipping and handling are not covered by QUATOGRAPHIC. The device will be repaired here free of charge in case of a valid warranty, and as soon as the repair is completed, your device will be returned to you at our expense. The repair procedure is initiated by our technical support team (for details see below).

Before you send in your product to QUATOGRAPHIC for repair, please:
1. Check whether the software you are using is the latest version. If necessary, select the appropriate update for your device from our DOWNLOADS section or ask our support team for assistance.
2. In case of TFT PIXEL DEFECTS, please make sure that these are beyond the acceptance rate defined by Quato´s internal failure procedure at shipping date. Additional pixel failures that occur during the lifetime of the display are not covered by the warranty.
3. In case the troubleshooting did not resolve your problem, turn to our TECHNICAL SUPPORT staff for assistance with troubleshooting.
4. If there is still no “remedy” for your problem, fill in the SUPPORT FORM completely, thus helping our Live Support to deal with your inquiry more specifically and faster. If necessary, you will receive a RMA number and explanations on the repair procedure.

You can be sure that we will do our best to solve your problem in a timely fashion. We co-operate with highly experienced repair centers and workshops, which are specially trained for the repair of QUATOGRAPHIC products.

You can rest assure that our technologies are constantly improving, and our devices are thoroughly tested. To minimize defect rates, we only purchase high-end components from selected manufacturers, we regularly provide extensive quality checks, and we even pay attention to the thoroughness of our forwarding agents (to prevent damages from careless transport). However, if a problem arises, it is treated with highest priority. We make every effort to take the words “service” and “support” literally. Of course, our live support is still at your disposal if the warranty period of your QUATOGRAPHIC product expired, also your inquiries are always welcome.


As a matter of fact, the luminance of the backlight ages over the time. This normal uniformity and luminance decay is not covered by the warranty.
